Sanicom 1 – Heavy-Duty High-Temperature Drain Pump
The Sanicom 1 is a powerful, high-temperature gray water pump built for demanding commercial and residential applications. This rugged system is engineered to handle effluent discharge up to 25 feet vertically and 250 feet horizontally, making it ideal for locations where high-temperature waste water is a factor—such as commercial kitchens and industrial facilities.
Engineered for Tough Conditions
Designed for continuous use in extreme environments, the Sanicom 1 withstands water temperatures up to 194°F (90°C) and is capable of pumping waste containing mildly acidic properties. It’s the preferred choice for installations where high durability and thermal tolerance are essential.
Powerful Internal Design
At the core of the Sanicom 1 is a 1 HP motor encased in a permanently sealed, oil-filled enclosure for optimal protection. The system utilizes a pressure switch and circuit board assembly to activate the motor as soon as gray water enters the chamber. A spindle-driven impeller minimizes moving parts and boosts overall reliability.
Efficient Operation
With an operating cycle of 2–10 seconds, the unit quickly and efficiently moves waste to the sewer system, depending on pipe run configuration. The compact design allows for easy integration into tight spaces, all while maintaining minimal power consumption.
Versatile and Durable Connections
The Sanicom 1 includes two 2-inch inlets positioned on either side of the housing to accept discharge from a variety of fixtures. Its adjustable discharge elbow can be positioned left, right, or to the rear for flexible installation. A non-return valve comes pre-installed to prevent backflow.

Ventilation and Safety
The unit includes a top-mounted vent connection and must be tied into a two-way air vent system, per plumbing code. Mechanical vents and air admittance valves are not acceptable substitutes. Connection to a Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) circuit is strongly recommended for safety compliance.
