The Sanicondens Best Flat is a compact yet powerful 2-in-1 condensate pump designed to neutralize and discharge condensate from condensing boilers, HVAC systems, and water heaters. Engineered for performance and quiet operation, it can pump up to 15 feet vertically and 150 feet horizontally.
Advanced Condensate Neutralization and Pumping
Condensate, if not properly managed, can corrode drain lines and negatively impact indoor air quality. The Sanicondens Best Flat integrates both neutralizer and pump in one unit, offering an efficient and cost-effective solution that saves space and simplifies installation. It’s capable of raising the pH level of condensate produced by appliances with up to 500,000 BTU/hour input.
System Design and Functionality
Internally, the unit features a float-activated motor that initiates pumping when condensate enters via side or top inlets. The water is treated with the neutralizing agent (Part #042) before being discharged into the sanitary system. A non-return valve on the outlet prevents backflow.
With a two-quart reservoir, the system operates in cycles as short as 3–5 seconds, depending on the layout of the discharge piping. Despite its high performance, energy consumption remains minimal.

The Sanicondens Best Flat is built for ease of setup—whether mounted on a wall or placed on a flat surface. It includes:
