These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through the Saniflo Supply e-commerce platform operated by Saniflo Supply, with its principal business address at 485 Georges Road, Ste 202 #1148, Dayton, NJ 08810.
In these Terms and Conditions, “Saniflo Supply,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Saniflo Supply.
By placing an order through the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable product-specific warranty, shipping policy, return policy, and other terms presented to you before purchase.
1. Eligibility and Customer Information
You represent that the information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, billing information, email address, and telephone number provided with your order are correct.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms and Conditions.
Saniflo Supply ships only to destinations displayed as available during checkout. We may restrict or refuse orders for destinations that we do not service.
2. Product Information and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, compatibility information, availability information, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur.
Product availability is not guaranteed until Saniflo Supply accepts the order. Products may become unavailable, discontinued, or subject to manufacturer or supplier delays.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, Saniflo Supply may cancel the affected portion of the order and issue a refund for amounts paid for the unavailable product. We will notify you using the contact information associated with the order.
Product colors, finishes, dimensions, packaging, and specifications may vary slightly from images or descriptions where permitted by the manufacturer.
3. Order Submission and Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. Saniflo Supply’s automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.
An order is accepted only when Saniflo Supply sends an order acceptance or shipping confirmation, or otherwise expressly confirms acceptance.
Saniflo Supply may decline or cancel an order before shipment if:
- A product is unavailable;
- There is an error in the product description, price, promotion, or availability;
- The order cannot be fulfilled to the requested destination;
- Payment cannot be authorized;
- The order appears fraudulent or unauthorized;
- The order violates applicable law or these Terms and Conditions; or
- Saniflo Supply reasonably believes that the order was placed in error or for an unauthorized purpose.
If Saniflo Supply cancels an order after payment has been collected, Saniflo Supply will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products and any applicable order-related charges using the original payment method, unless applicable law requires another method.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Fees
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Product prices, promotions, and availability may change before an order is accepted. The price applicable to an accepted order will be the price displayed at checkout and included in the order confirmation, except where cancellation is permitted under Section 3 because of a pricing or description error.
Before submitting an order, the checkout page will display, where calculable:
- Product prices;
- Shipping and handling charges;
- Applicable taxes;
- Mandatory fees; and
- The total amount to be charged.
Optional services, accessories, installation services, or other add-ons will be identified separately.
If applicable taxes or charges cannot be calculated at checkout, the platform will disclose that additional amounts may apply and identify the basis for those amounts.
5. Payment
Full payment is required when the order is submitted or accepted, as indicated during checkout.
Saniflo Supply accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment authorization does not by itself constitute acceptance of an order.
You authorize Saniflo Supply, or its payment processor, to charge the selected payment method for the order total displayed at checkout.
Saniflo Supply does not offer credit or invoicing terms through the platform unless expressly agreed in writing by an authorized Saniflo Supply representative.
If payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unavailable, Saniflo Supply may suspend or cancel the order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Saniflo Supply will ship accepted orders to the delivery address provided during checkout using the shipping method selected or assigned at checkout.
Processing time, shipment time, and carrier transit time are separate estimates. The applicable estimated processing and delivery information will be displayed during checkout where available.
Carrier transit times are outside Saniflo Supply’s control and are not guaranteed unless Saniflo Supply expressly states otherwise in writing.
Saniflo Supply will use reasonable efforts to ship orders within the estimated period displayed at checkout. If no shipping period is displayed, Saniflo Supply will ship the order within the period required by applicable law.
If Saniflo Supply cannot ship an order within the applicable promised or legally required period, Saniflo Supply will provide a delay notice with a revised shipment date when reasonably available. The notice will explain the customer’s available cancellation and refund options.
Saniflo Supply may make partial shipments. If only part of an order is shipped, Saniflo Supply will provide any refund required for products that are cancelled or cannot be shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Additional charges may apply for address corrections, refused deliveries, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. Title and Risk of Loss
Unless an order expressly states different shipping terms, title to the products transfers to the customer when Saniflo Supply has received full payment and the products have been delivered to the delivery address provided with the order.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, Saniflo Supply will be responsible for loss or damage occurring during transit before delivery. Customers should promptly notify Saniflo Supply of lost, damaged, or misdelivered packages under Section 10.
For business orders that use negotiated freight terms, title and risk of loss may be governed by the specific freight or purchase terms stated in the applicable order confirmation.
8. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests received before shipment will be handled according to the order status and the applicable product type. Special-order, customized, non-cancellable, or already shipped products may not be cancellable except as required by applicable law.
If an order is cancelled and payment has already been collected, Saniflo Supply will issue any applicable refund to the original payment method.
Cancellation rights relating to delayed shipments, defective products, incorrect products, or products that cannot be supplied are not limited by this section.
9. Returns and Refunds
9.1 Ordinary Returns
Subject to the exclusions below, Saniflo Supply accepts requests to return eligible products within 30 days after delivery.
Ordinary returns require prior authorization from Saniflo Supply. Products must be:
- Unused;
- Uninstalled;
- In original packaging;
- Complete with all parts, manuals, and accessories; and
- In resalable condition.

The return request should include the order number, product information, reason for return, and photographs or other information reasonably requested by Saniflo Supply.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for ordinary returns unless Saniflo Supply agrees otherwise in writing.
A restocking fee of 20% may apply to eligible, nondefective returns. The applicable fee will be disclosed when the return authorization is issued.
No restocking fee will apply to returns caused by Saniflo Supply’s error, shipment of an incorrect product, confirmed shipping damage, or a qualifying defect or warranty issue.
9.2 Refunds
After Saniflo Supply receives and inspects an approved return, Saniflo Supply will issue any approved refund within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable for ordinary customer-remorse returns, except where the return is caused by Saniflo Supply’s error, a qualifying defect, shipment damage, or another circumstance requiring reimbursement under applicable law.
Saniflo Supply may decline an ordinary return or reduce the refund where the product has been used, installed, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without required parts or accessories. This limitation does not eliminate rights relating to defective, nonconforming, or incorrectly shipped products.
9.3 Excluded Ordinary Returns
The following products are not eligible for ordinary returns unless Saniflo Supply agrees otherwise in writing:
- Customized products;
- Special-order products;
- Products identified as final sale;
- Products that have been installed or used;
- Products damaged after delivery through customer action or negligence;
- Products missing parts, accessories, manuals, or original packaging; and
- Products excluded on the product page or at checkout.
Any exclusion will be disclosed before purchase.
10. Damaged, Incorrect, Missing, or Nonconforming Products
Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery and notify Saniflo Supply of visible shipping damage, missing items, incorrect products, or quantity discrepancies within 5 business days by emailing

The notice should include the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where available. Packaging should be retained until Saniflo Supply provides further instructions.
Saniflo Supply may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, shipment of missing parts, return authorization, refund, or another remedy permitted by applicable law.
The five-business-day reporting period is an administrative reporting period for visible delivery issues. It does not eliminate rights relating to latent defects, warranty claims, nonconforming products, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
Products that are defective, incorrectly shipped, or materially different from the order are not treated as ordinary customer-remorse returns.
11. Warranty
Products sold by Saniflo Supply are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty or any warranty issued by Saniflo Supply, as identified in the applicable product documentation.
Customers should refer to the warranty information supplied with the product or included with the applicable order confirmation.
The applicable warranty may identify:
- The covered products;
- The warranty period;
- Covered and excluded conditions;
- Installation or maintenance requirements;
- The claim process;
- Required proof of purchase; and
- Available remedies.
Customers must follow the applicable warranty claim procedure and provide reasonable information requested to evaluate the claim.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, abnormal operating conditions, or use outside the product’s intended purpose, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Product Use, Installation, and Safety
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, manuals, compatibility information, safety warnings, installation requirements, and applicable building or plumbing codes before purchasing or installing a product.
Where a product requires professional installation, Saniflo Supply recommends using a qualified professional. Customers are responsible for ensuring that installation is performed properly and in accordance with applicable instructions and codes.
A general statement in these Terms and Conditions does not replace product-specific warnings, manuals, safety information, or legally required disclosures.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saniflo Supply will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or relating to an order or product, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saniflo Supply’s total liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, or other matters for which applicable law prohibits limitation. They do not eliminate rights or remedies available under applicable warranty, consumer-protection, product-liability, or other mandatory law.
14. Force Majeure
Saniflo Supply will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, governmental action, labor disruption, supplier interruption, transportation disruption, widespread technology failure, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Saniflo Supply will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material delays and to mitigate their effects.
This section does not eliminate any applicable customer right to cancel an unshipped order or receive a refund because of a shipping delay.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions and the sale of products will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory law in the customer’s jurisdiction applies.
Before commencing a formal proceeding, the customer should contact Saniflo Supply by email at

and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the dispute.
Any court proceeding permitted under these Terms and Conditions will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires another forum.
16. Electronic Communications and Records
By using the platform and placing an order, you agree to receive transaction-related communications electronically, including order acknowledgments, acceptance notices, shipping notices, delay notices, return instructions, warranty communications, and refund confirmations.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your order.
Saniflo Supply may retain electronic records of orders, communications, accepted Terms and Conditions, payment authorizations, and related transactions.
17. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
Saniflo Supply may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date.
Changes will apply prospectively to orders accepted after the effective date. The version of the Terms and Conditions in effect when an order is accepted will govern that order, unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
18. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.
A failure to enforce a provision does not waive Saniflo Supply’s right to enforce it later.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the applicable order confirmation, product-specific warranty, and policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement relating to the applicable purchase.
No amendment to an accepted order is effective unless confirmed by Saniflo Supply in writing.
