Sanicondens – Compact Condensate Pump for Boilers and HVAC Systems

The Sanicondens is a compact, high-performance pump engineered to discharge condensate produced by condensing boilers, HVAC systems, and water heaters. Ideal for both residential and commercial use, it is capable of pumping up to 15 feet vertically and 150 feet horizontally, solving drainage challenges in environments without gravity-assisted drains.

Why Use a Condensate Pump?

Condensate poses risks such as corrosion, property damage, and indoor air quality issues. When gravity flow is not feasible, the Sanicondens provides a reliable and efficient solution by lifting and transporting acidic waste to the nearest drain or sewer line.

Intelligent Internal Components

The internal system includes a float mechanism that automatically starts and stops the motor-driven impeller based on water levels. Once the chamber fills, the float activates the motor, and water is pumped out through the discharge line. When the level drops, the motor shuts off until the next cycle. Typical operation runs between 2–10 seconds, depending on the discharge configuration.

Key Features

Non-return valve built into the discharge connection to prevent backflow

Minimal moving parts ensure long-term reliability and low maintenance

Quiet operation and compact size ideal for tight installation spaces

Wall or floor mountable for flexible placement

Installation and Accessories

The Sanicondens is supplied with everything required for a fast installation:

20 feet of vinyl tubing

Inlet adapter

Discharge adapter

Connections for an external overflow switch, alarm, or shut-off system

It is strongly recommended to connect the pump to a Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) circuit to ensure electrical safety.
